At the same time, the decisions made by state authorities are not always legal and those that meet international legal standards. At present, it can be said that administrative law is becoming globalised, as well as, in particular, administrative proceedings. The relevance of the subject matter is conditioned by the necessity of analysing the topics of human rights protection in administrative proceedings from the standpoint of international law, as well as the insufficient theoretical development of this subject.
